Chinese researchers at Chengdu Institute of biology have managed to breed what they call one of the rarest snakes on the planet, footage from Thursday shows.
The snake, shown in its container, lives in conditions finely tuned by Chinese scientists. According to researchers, the horizontal spot Jin snake is one of the rarest species of snakes, and that seeing a living one is nothing less of a stroke of luck.
